Role description

Working closely with the Lead Copywriter, you’ll be looked upon to think big, think smart and think cross media. With lots of different brands to work on, you’ll be able to get under the skin of all types of audiences, talking to them in the best way possible to shape their behaviour.

What we’re looking for

You’ll have creativity at your heart and be just as comfortable thinking in words as well as pictures. You’ll be happy bouncing around ideas with art directors, designers, and fellow copywriters.
You’ll feel at home writing everything from TV scripts to shop window posters.
You’ll have an eye for detail and be meticulous in producing the very best work no matter what the task or deadline.
And, of course you’ll know your way around the English language like the back of your hand.

Your role will include:

Developing conceptual ideas, both independently and in a team with an art director, designer or copywriter. You’ll also be confident in presenting ideas both internally and to clients where needed. Working on a diverse portfolio of national and international brands, you’ll write engaging, persuasive copy for across print, digital, packaging and broadcast media. Along the way you’ll edit and proof read your own and others work before it leaves the agency.

You’ll need to have:

  • 3 years agency experience working in the advertising/marketing industry, in house or agency.
  • A passion for creativity and using it to solve problems
  • A positive attitude and be a team player
  • Excellent grammar and proofreading skills

You’ll be working on a range of well known national and international brands and retailers. You’ll support the Studio/Production Manager and the creative team on the development of a wide variety of artwork formats including branding, packaging, advertising, video and digital.

What we‘re looking for:

Meticulous attention to detail, an eye for design, the ability to follow and champion/enforce brand guidelines and a solid understanding of artwork delivery.

Your role will include:

Working closely with the creative and studio teams to develop and turn initial creative concepts into accurately prepared and finished artwork for both the agency’s clients and the agency itself
