This is a superb opportunity for a talented marketer fascinated in shopping to join our ambitious marketing agency.

Role description

Working on a range of national & international brands you’ll support senior teams on the development of their clients businesses inc marketing, branding, advertising and digital.

Your role will include:

  1. Developing excellent collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues
  2. Assisting in the development of client briefs
  3. Co-ordinating the delivery of projects to the highest quality, on time and within budget.
  4. Creating & executing great creative ideas, professionally and successfully

Experience & skills

  1. A recent graduate in a Marketing or related discipline,
  2. Ideally, you’ll have some placement or intern experience in a marketing or creative environment
  3. Fascinated by retailing and shopping
  4. Quick to absorb and analyse large amounts of information
  5. Excellent organisational skills
  6. Able to present ideas with conviction
  7. Creative and imaginative
  8. Ability to build effective working relationships
  9. Pro-active and self-motivated
  10. Accuracy and attention to detail
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Business Development Executive

We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Exec to join our growing team. Working with the senior management team your role in our life will be:

  • To manage and coordinate the agency’s new business and marketing activity.
  • To identify and create opportunities for the agency to develop new client relationships.
  • To work with the Head of Retail to refine and improve ROI.

You’ll need to have:

  • A fascination with shopping and brand communication in its broadest sense
  • A marketing/design/digital agency background
  • The ability to build relationships with senior marketers
  • Experience of multichannel approach to new business – content/ telemarketing/social/digital
  • Evidence of insight-based approach to new business
  • Tenacity and drive, going the extra mile
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
  • Educated to degree level preferably with a marketing bias
  • Full UK driving licence
