Plumbase Cover

Following a competitive two-way pitch, we’re delighted to have been reappointed for a retained marketing brief with Plumbase.

We’ve worked with the plumbing and heating merchant for five years as part our contract with Grafton Merchanting GB (GMGB), which also encompasses the Buildbase, Hirebase and Electricbase brands.

As well as helping develop promotional campaigns and a comprehensive CRM programme, we’ve supported them as a strategic partner, working alongside all of the brands under the GMGB umbrella throughout this time.

The exciting new brief will see us develop a new distinctive brand identity and strategy for Plumbase to establish differentiation in the plumbing and heating market.

It’s fantastic to be working with Plumbase on a brand new direction, which is testament to our long-established relationship.  We’ll be looking to challenge the competition by developing a distinctive positioning that’s based around everything that is great about the merchant.
