Over the past 4 years, Melissa McPhillips has worked within the fashion, travel and appliance industries. During her time as a Creative Copywriter at AO.com, she worked on a variety of campaigns, on and offline, for brands such as Neff, Nespresso, Samsung and Microsoft.
